So I've been away from all forms of social media for a long time. Unfortunately, I've developed some medical conditions. My ankles have osteochndral defects plus I have osteoarthritis, chronic muscle spasms, damages cervical discs (a lot of them), my blood pressure is through the roof and carpal tunnel on both wrists. That's just what i have diagnosed, one of my doctors thinks that i could have either fibromyalgia or neuropathy. On the mental side, I have severe depression and severe anxiety. I'm only 28 and I've been b battling with all this since i was 24 and so idea taken a toll on me. Is even harder when even the doctors that diagnosed me
